The University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) 2022/2023 Post UTME Screening Exercise has extended an invitation to all First Choice Candidates who scored 150 or higher in the 2021 JAMB UTME.

How to Obtain the Post-UTME Screening Form of UNIPORT.

  • The pre-loaded UTME information must be confirmed, and eligible applicants must submit their UTME Registration Number.
  • Print out the payment slip.
  • Pay N2,000.00 only at any of the Remita-enabled banks listed below (ACCESS BANK PLC, ECOBANK PLC, FIDELITY BANK PLC, FIRST BANK PLC, FCMB, UBA PLC, AND UNIPORT-CHOBA MICROFINANCE BANK).
  • Obtain a Remita receipt from the bank teller attesting to the payment that displays an Access Code.
  • Return to the website and log in using the UTME Registration Number and Access Code on the payment sheet.
  • Fill out the online form as directed. Candidates should state if they are expecting their O'Level result(s).
  • Print the Photo Card for the Screening Exercise approval after clicking the "submit" button. A day before the test, print a new copy of the photo card.
  • On the Photo Card, make a note of the Screening date and time.
Candidates will not be permitted to participate in the screening exercise if they do not register within the registration period.

NOTE:

  • The University does not accept inconsistencies in names or pictures on registration slips, and those candidates may be disqualified as a result.
  • The candidates' names must match exactly across all of their registration documents, including their UTME results and O'Level certificates.
  • To be eligible for the exercise, candidates must be sixteen (16) years of age or older by October 2022.
  • Mobile phones, iPads, iPods, Walkmans, and other similar devices, as well as any unnecessary items, are not permitted in the screening venue or the area around it.
  • Candidates must submit their applications during the registration period since once registration closes, the web link to the application form will no longer work.
  • Since registration is done online, candidates are not need to be present on the university campus but are encouraged to do so from anywhere.

  • Candidates who made the University of Port Harcourt their first option may only apply for the screening exercise if they have changed their second preference to the University in order to be considered for admission.
  • In order to be considered for admission, candidates must make sure that their O'Level results are posted to the JAMB website as soon as feasible.
  • Candidates should make sure to register with their own genuine GSM phone numbers and email addresses.
  • Candidates who fail to show up at the designated Screening Venues by the time indicated on the Photo Card will be disqualified.
THE DAYS OF THE SCREENING EXERCISE WILL NOT ALLOW PARENTS AND GUARDIANS, AS WELL AS UNINVITED SECURITY AGENTS, ONTO THE CAMPUS.
