2. Please contact us if our premium quote is more expensive than the premium from any other insurer for the same level of coverage. Send us the complete information from your comparison quote or your current insurer's renewal notification via email. send an email to payless@budgetdirect.com.sg
3. You will receive $100* if we find that the premium we quoted is greater.

Who is qualified for this offer?

A 35-year-old or older main driver is listed on your policy

A driving record dating back more than two years.

Each Named Driver, if any, is at least 25 years old and has had a valid driver's license for at least two years

When your No Claim Discount (NCD) is 30% or higher.

Private and commuting use of cars is the only option.

In the three years prior to the start of the policy, neither the Main Driver nor the Named Driver(s) have been involved in any accidents or claims (including any that were "not their fault").

Budget Direct Car Insurance Terms & Conditions "Promotion Challenge": Pay Less and Receive $100*

1. The car insurance coverage offered by Budget Direct Insurance are exclusively available to residents of Singapore and vehicles that are registered there. Please review the Product Disclosure Document, which is currently available on our website, before purchasing a car coverage from Budget Direct Insurance, for additional terms and conditions.
2. Only customers (each an "Eligible Customer") are eligible to participate in this promotion challenge:

1. who have not yet paid the renewal premium for their Comprehensive auto insurance policy with another Singapore-based insurer between October 1, 2022, and December 31, 2022 (inclusive dates);
2. who's car must not have previously been covered by Budget Direct Insurance within 60 days of the eligible customer's submission of the verification documents;
3. who acquired a personalized quote from our Customer Care team by phoning 6221 2111 or via budgetdirect.com.sg on our website. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (excluding holidays);
4. who meets the requirements listed below for their renewal policy, insurance application to Budget Direct Insurance or another Singapore-based insurer, and quote:
• The policy's Main Driver is at least 35 years old;
• if any, each Named Driver under the policy is 25 years of age or older and has held a valid driver's license for more than two years;
• A No Claim Discount of 30% or more is applicable;
• The Main Driver and the Named Driver(s) have not been involved in any accidents or claims (including any "not at fault" accidents or claims) within the three years prior to the start date of the policy, and the type of car usage specified is Private and Commuting Use.

3. Budget Direct Insurance will apply its standard underwriting criteria and requirements to all insurance applications, unless expressly stated otherwise in these terms and conditions, and reserves the right to reject any insurance application in whole or in part at any time.

4. The Eligible Customer must email payless@budgetdirect.com.sg at Budget Direct Insurance either (i) the complete policy renewal documents from their current insurer ("Renewal Notice") OR (ii) a quote for Comprehensive car insurance from any other Singapore-based insurer ("Comparative Quote") for their policy renewal, along with their current insurance policy schedule and any other information that Budget Direct Insurance may request.

5. All documents submitted to Budget Direct Insurance for verification, including renewal notices, comparative quotes, and current policy schedules:

• must be true, complete, and current in order to compare the benefits and coverage provided by Budget Direct Insurance to the eligible customer's current policy or the policy covered by the comparative quote accurately;
• Budget Direct Insurance must receive them by December 31, 2022, at 23:59.
• The Eligible Customer acknowledges that by submitting the Verification Documents, they are authorizing and granting Budget Direct Insurance the right to collect, use, and process their name, NRIC/FIN number, email address, and other personal information contained in the Verification Documents for the administration of this promotion and the purpose of verifying the Eligible Customer's renewal/quoted policy proposal details.
• Regarding the suitability of the given Verification Documents, our Customer Care staff will give you advice. In the event that the provided Verification Documents are unsatisfactory or insufficient, Budget Direct Insurance reserves the right to deny an Eligible Customer's participation in this Promotion Challenge.

6. The eligible customer will be eligible to receive $100 ("Challenge Amount") if Budget Direct Insurance can demonstrate that our quoted premium is higher than the renewal premium made available by the eligible customer's current insurer or the quoted premium from another Singapore-based insurer for the same level of coverage. Budget Direct Insurance will get in touch with the Eligible Customer (the "Successful Customer") for purposes of receiving the Challenge Amount within 30 days of our email informing the Eligible Customer that he or she has won the challenge if Budget Direct Insurance determines that the Eligible Customer is successful in the promotion challenge (the "Successful Customer").

7. The Challenge Amount may be awarded by Budget Direct Insurance in electronic vouchers or in other goods of comparable value. Only one Challenge Amount may be given to a Successful Customer (indicated by their NRIC or FIN number) (regardless of how the Eligible Customer participates in the Promotion Challenge). A Successful Customer is ineligible to take part in any similar campaign challenges unless specifically permitted by Budget Direct Insurance (regardless of the Challenge Amount). When there is a suspicion of fraud or deceptive behavior, Budget Direct Insurance maintains the right to prevent a Successful Customer from collecting the Challenge Amount.

8. Each Successful Customer who accepts the Challenge Amount grants Budget Direct Insurance the right, without further notice or payment, to use his or her name, likeness, image, and voice (including in any photograph and/or video recording), written comments, and the fact that he or she had won the Challenge Amount, for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media.

9. The Budget Direct Insurance is allowed to apply incentives received under the Budget Direct Insurance, but this Promotion Challenge is not valid with any ongoing or existing promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, rebates, or privileges that are published on budgetdirect.com.sg/promotions. Bring a Buddy or participate in any of our partner program promotions that call for the use of an affinity code at the quoted premium.

10. Each Eligible Customer consents to receive marketing materials from Budget Direct Insurance regarding this Promotion Challenge and our offerings. An eligible customer can choose not to receive our marketing communications by emailing privacy@budgetdirect.com.sg or at the time of receipt.

11. This promotion challenge is not open to any employees of Budget Direct Insurance and their affiliated businesses, members of their immediate families, or people residing in the same home as them (whether related or not).

12. Budget Direct Insurance has the right to change the terms and conditions of this promotion challenge at any time without prior notification or incurring any liability to any party. On all issues pertaining to this Promotion Challenge, Budget Direct Insurance's judgment is final. Any modifications to these terms and conditions will be made available on the Budget Direct Insurance website, located at budgetdirect.com.sg.
